Overview of tokenbase
TOKENBASE is a platform and infrastructure service for STO (Security Token Offering).
STOs are digital securities whose trust is secured by blockchain in a manner consistent with traditional financial market regulations.
We provide both issuing entities (companies) and investors with highly liquid financing methods and enable trading of a wide variety of investment products. We optimize our STO platform for the Japanese domestic market as well as other markets and requirements in each country, and offer it to our clients.
STOs are clearly recognized as securities investments, where investors invest or contribute in kind in legal tender or virtual currency (crypto assets) and receive so-called dividends, such as profit sharing, from the earnings of the company or business.
